This enhancement request would allow a user to create a note and attach it to a NetSuite record. As an example, a sales rep may have received an email from a prospect that they want to attach to NetSuite. With the note feature they could type a free form note with additional context in a text box inside the CloudExtend add-in and then attach this to the NetSuite record as well.

This is to enable users to be able to open the add-in and check to see if their email was read or if any links were clicked

Ability to drag and drop multiple files on drag and drop area

In current version user can only drag and drop one file at a time from their desktop to the drag and drop area in CloudExtend Files tab. With this enhancement they will be able to drag and drop more than one file.
