A planned update will introduce an Audit Log, which will allow Account Owners and Administrators to view a history of their account activity. This activity will include actions that have been taken by team members or patients, and when those actions occurred -- providing a way to identify specific changes made within the account, in the case of an audit.
For example, the Audit Log will allow Account Owners and Administrators to see who scheduled or canceled an appointment, and when that change was made.
