Libraries use scopes to limit the materials found when searching a subset of the library's collection. This enhancement allows the library to maintain their own location-based scopes whenever changes need to be made to an existing scope.

Description

Show a message when patron validation through Sierra API is locked

If a user enters invalid credentials quickly 5 times in a row, the system will lock them out. Sierra API will provide a helpful message to the user after unsuccessful attempts to login to tell the user to wait before trying again.

Add a logout button to Web Management Reports

Web Management Reports has a new logout feature that, when clicked, will log the current SAML user out of the application without waiting for the application to timeout.
